Funny, when you talked about the LiveScribe pen it reminded me of how I used to do the same thing years ago. I took notes in a stenographers pad, top of every page was dated, I noted whether it was face-to-face meeting or a phonecall, took the notes and every Friday night I’d photocopy the pages and place them into my customer files. Also, I never threw out the stenographers pads, they were my back up. I put the start and finish date for each one on the front cover and stored them in an archive box in my office. The livescribe would have been easier and instant.
